There are two places in the backend that an admin can enable Stock Image usage for members:

  • Membership Plan Settings (all members in a plan)
  • Individually (Quick Edit settings)

Membership Plan

If only the advanced setting has been turned on, but this has not been activated in the Membership Plans, the Stock Photos will be available for all members by default. This section explains how to limit this feature per membership plan.

It is possible to enable this feature on a membership plan basis. To do it go to Finance » Membership Plans » click Edit on any of the membership plans in the admin area:

Use the keyword search or go to the Member's Dashboard tab and look for the "Enable Free Stock Images in Text Editor" setting, click on "Yes" to allow members in this plan to use the feature:

 

Individual Members

It is also possible to allow individual members to use this feature, this is helpful if the admin would only like for specific members to use it.

Go to My Members » Search My Members » Click on the "Quick Edit" option under Actions dropdown:

Move to the Listing Settings tab and select "Yes" or "No" for the Enable Free Stock Images in Text Editors option:

Important: Keep in mind that the Quick Edit member option will override the membership plan setting.
