How To Get This Add-On

Websites with the VIP Add-Ons Club automatically have this add-on available: Join The VIP Add-Ons Club
Purchase Individually: Reply To Member Reviews Add-On

Navigate to Finance >> Membership Plans:

Click on "Edit Settings" for the membership level you would like to activate it for.

Then go to the "Profile Page" tab:

And scroll down until you see the Member Review Settings section:

In this section you can activate the option for members to reply to reviews as well the option to upload images with the review:
