To embed any form in a static page, the form's shortcode version is needed to copy and paste.
This is the format of the shortcode, system name variable is being used to call a form:
[form=System Name]
So for example, the shortcode of the Website - Contact Us form would be:
[form=contact_form]
Because of its system name:
With the shortcode copied and ready to paste, navigate to Content >> Edit Post Settings >> Click "New Web Page" or click "Edit" on an existing page:
Paste the copied shortcode on to the text editor, add a unique URL and save the changes:
The form will start displaying right away:
