Overview
We understand how important website backups are. That’s why every Brilliant Directories website comes with free 24-hour backups. But what if restoring the site to a previous version from more than 24 hours ago is needed?
This add-on provides peace of mind in knowing that there are 14 days worth of full, ready-to-use backups of the website.
How To Get This Add-On

Requesting a Backup
When this add-on is added to the website, the daily backups is stored for up to 14 days back. If the admin wants for us to retrieve a site back up within the 14-day stored backups, all that is required is to submit a TICKET asking for this service. We will do this as soon as possible once we get the request.
When submitting the request, the following information is required:
- Website ID of the site to be restored
- The date to which the site would be restored. All backups are taken between 3am - 6am Eastern Time.
