The Account Details section for the members can be reached by navigating to My Members >> Search Members >> Account Details under Actions dropdown:
The Account Details section will be divided into seven tabs. Below detailed information regarding each tab can be found.
Overview
This section will provide a general overview of the member's information like the Contact and the Membership Information and Lead Activity stats overview.
Also, any Internal Notes added for the member under Quick Edit Module For Members can be seen in this tab:
Transactions
This section will provide a general overview of the member's transaction history.
This section has the same format as the Transaction History that can be found under Finance but with specific information related to the member selected.
Also, members' credit card info can be edited via the CC Info button and a new order can be created via the New Order button.
If no subscription is available, then the New Order button will appear instead.
Clicking on this option will open up the options to create a new subscription for this member.
Subscriptions
This section will provide a general overview of the member's subscription history, as well as access to the Coupon Code used by the member to subscribe (if applicable).
Click on the coupon to see the specifics. Also, under the Actions dropdown, the member's subscription can be edited and canceled if needed. If the subscription is canceled, the Next Invoice Date field will show instead the cancellation date:
Profile Analytics
This section will provide a general overview of the member's profile stats like the number of page visits per month/year and in total.
Please keep in mind this tab will only display if the Member Profile Analytics add-on is active and Enable Profile Statistics membership plan setting is enabled on the site.
Member Content
This section will display all the posts created by the specified member including the unpublished content.
This section has the same format as the Manage Posts that can be found under My Content but with specific information related to the member selected.
Activity
This section will display all the activities for the member selected.
This section has the same format as the Activity Tracker that can be found under Dashboard but with specific information related to the member selected.
Member Reviews
This section will display all the reviews submitted by users for the specified member.
This section has the same format as the Member Reviews that can be found under My Members but with specific information related to the member selected.
